* Heat oil / butter, add onion, carrot, green beens and turai pieces stirring while running, cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes while running between the middle
* Now add the stock, tomato puree, tulsi leaf, mint, salt, black pepper, after 1 simmer, cook for about 15 -20 minutes on low flame
add boiled kidney beens and soya chunk and cook 5-7 minutes.
Prepare tasty soup serve hot soup by putting green onions leaves
Note: - Soup thick can be done according to your taste (use water to dilute if there is no stock of vegetable)
